Collection Tips

  • Store garbage in strong, tough bags that are no heavier than 20 pounds.
  • All bags should be secured in a bin (which is required by law) or placed on a wall to prevent bags being torn.
  • Park safely, and leave a clear path for trucks to be able to collect refuse easily from avenues or gaps of residential areas.
  • Refuse should be put in cans no larger than 35 gallons with holes drilled in the bottom for proper drainage.
