Congratulations to Swallow

AFTER FIFTY YEARS in the calypso art form, icon Rupert "Swallow" Philo was awarded by the Antiguan government, he is now a Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of the Nation – KCN for Services to the art form of Calypso.
